Private Parties at Play-a-Latte!
Below is a list of our party packages to help you plan your next event with us. Available for private parties Saturdays and Sundays. Choose the package, day and time that works best for you and lets have a ball!

Package #1: $260

• 2 hours private/up to 20 kids
• $10.00 each addition child
• 2 attendants to set up and clean up
• Free play pass for birthday child
• Happy Birthday banner
(Paper products/table covers for rounds not included)

Package #2: $315

• 2 hours private/up to 20 kids
• $10.00 each additional child
• 2 attendants to set up and clean up
• Free play pass for birthday child
• Paper items (choice of color: tablecloth, napkins, plates)
• 1/2 sheet cake
• 20 juice boxes
• 10 helium balloons
• Play-A-Latte invitations to send out

Package #3: $350

• 2 hours private/up to 20 kids
• $10.00 each additional
• 2 attendants to set up and clean up
• Free play pass for birthday child
• Paper items (choice of color: tablecloth, napkins, plates)
• 1/2 sheet cake
• 2 cheese pizzas
• 20 juice boxes
• 20 helium balloons
• Temporary tattoos and face painting
• Play-A-Latte invitations to send out

Cafe will remain open during party hours for those who wish to purchase additional items.

The Extras
Balloons are $1.00 a piece
“Happy birthday” balloons $1.25 a piece

Details
$100.00 deposit…becomes non-refundable 48 hours prior to event
After 48 hours, it may be used towards future admissions.

Private parties are scheduled Saturdays and Sundays. Party hours are in blocks. Blocks are 10a-12p, 12:30p-2:30p, 3p-5p, 5:30p-7:30p.

Please arrive no sooner then 15 minutes prior to schedule party, for setup and tear-down. Thank you!
